Ayam Penyet (smashed fried chicken) is one of famous dish in Indonesia.
Its consist fried chicken, sambal, cucumber and tempeh. Although its a Indonesian food, but it was famous in Malaysia. The example of famous Indonesian restaurant in Malaysia such as Dapur Penyet and AP Ayam Penyet
The specialty of Ayam Penyet is from its spicy sambal. Its made by a combination of chilies, tomatoes, onions, garlic, belacan and lime juice.

The above picture is taken by me at Mat Ayam Penyet. Its was very famous among Limkokwing student especially Generasi Baru student. Mat ayam Penyet was sold variety of Indonesian food like Bakso, Lele, Rawon and Ayam penyet. The specialty of Mat Ayam Penyet is the sambal. From my experiences this is the most delicious and 'kick" Ayam Penyet sambal that i ever taste.
I would like to propose students near cyberjaya or puchong to come visit Mat Ayam Penyet. It's situated at Pulau Meranti Puchong. The place is opposite the Isofoam factory. Dont miss out to visit..TQ
